dimension does not start any projects

I installed Dimension yesterday for the first time and was able to use it without any problems. Now I can neither open yesterday's project nor a new project.

As soon as I want to open a new project, the loading symbol appears and that's it.

My system:
Nvidia 3080Ti
12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-12900K 3.20 GHz
32 GB Ram
Win 10

Does anyone know a fix?

Try to reinstall. Also you can Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation issues

I have now found a solution to my problem. I have uninstalled dimension via the Creative Cloud and installed the previous version. Now it works.
