Dimension Freeze At Startup

It says Dimension works on my computer. No matter what version I use it freezes at startup (attached screen grab). Is it my system? Granted I don't have the recommended graphics card, but why would Adobe say my computer is compatable?

your Mac is too old mate... you need at least a 2011 chip to run Dimension
