Dimension freezing

Hello,

Every time i try to use the magic wand tool dimension freezes.

i have submitted a couple of crash reports, but i never heard from adobe how to fix it.

comp specs.:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-14900HX 2.20 GHz

64,0 GB (63,7 GB usable)

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090

Windows 11 pro
