Dimension not showing workspace

Hello Jeanette,

I am actually have the same problem with adobe dimensions... Shows a checkered :chequered_flag: workspace instead of the models and the backgrounds... That's For Adobe Dimension CC2018

At first i installed the adobe dimension 2020 version buh this version gets stuck at the home screen and would create new workspace... Then i went for an oldee version...

 

How do i solve this... Please

Hello I also experience the same issue , my Adobe dimension was working perfectly when I just installed it not untill today when I want to use it. It keeps showing this empty gray workspace which you can't work on anything.
