I just bought a new laptop and after I install Dimension and try to run it, it literally powers the system off. I can't get past the "system resources check." I’m on my second laptop from a different manufacturer and I’m having exactly the same problem. I can't believe I'm the only person running into this issue.
I know I don't have the "minimum system resources" requested for Dimension - in particular, I only have 128 MB of VRAM. But, I have been running Dimension with no difficulty for a couple of years on an older laptop with that same amount of VRAM and a much less powerful CPU.
I already had an Adobe tech spend nearly 2 hours working on my first laptop with no success. I'm guessing I'll run into the same thing when I try them again. Can anyone tell me a specific current laptop or hardware/software configuration that they know to be compatible with Dimension? Or if anyone has a solution, I'm all ears. I've tried virtually everything that I've seen posted for solving issues similar to this.
Again, I'm running on a two day old laptop with the most current Windows and display drivers, etc. available. And, it's a Yoga 9i with a Core Ultra 7 155H Processor.

You have to take into account system requirements. Dimension system requirements (adobe.com). This is the only source that can help to by compatible hardware.

If those requirements were absolute, then Dimension wouldn't run on my old laptop which also has 128 MB VRAM - just like the two new laptops I've tried - plus a worse processor than either of them. There's clearly more to it than that.
