Hello, Dimension is not working. I click to create a new document and there is a constant download, then it stops working. System Settings Windows 10 latest update, 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12450H processor, 32Ghz RAM, RTX 3050ti graphics card

The problem is not in downloading and installing, but in the operation of the program itself. The home screen opens, but as soon as I click create a new document or open a file, it immediately freezes and loads endlessly

Hello, after the last update everything is working so far. But sometimes the same problem still happens. I noticed that when the system is rebooted, the program works again.
