I have a brand new Dell XPS 8960, NVidia 4070Ti - Din=mension will not load a model or open a new project. The hour glass just spins - I am WAY above specs and use 3DS Max extensively but like jumping on Dimension whenI had something quick to do. NO LUCK the progam will not launch - HELP I specifically upgrade to a new systems because a some of the Adobe Cloud apps would no longer work on my old system so I bought the top of the line DELL so there would be no issues...

I want to also mention that I can't access the software. Unistalled and Installed again and it just opens the welcome window, and neither the create new project or open works.

Exactly the same for me, I even attempted to open a new projst and let it attempt for an entire day and it just showed the loading circle. Same result when I attempted to open a previously saved DN file I had saved on my previous system. Fortunately I am a 3DS Max user and could complete and final renders there. Just SO FRUSTRATING, being able to use a product, then doing a MAJOR upgrade (hardware/workstation) to optimize the software to specs that FAR exceed the published requirements, and in the end the software completely fails.

Update. Dimension (DN) is Running.
Again here are my primary specs - Dell XPS 8960, NVidia 4070Ti Win 11 - I purged my Nvidia drivers and went backwards a ver or 2 in DN with no luck. I read the recap from CES 2024 2 weeks ago and Nvida had several updates and a new driver that came out 3 days ago. I completely uninstalled DN installed the new Nvidia drivers and reinstalled DN and it is NOW WORKING.
As is the case often- I'm not sure if the sequence made a differance, if the new dirver did it, of there was something ophaned from my original installation of DN that was preventing it from launching but it is now working.
Note attached - I use the GEFORCE EXPERIENCE panel to launch and monitor Nvidia driver updates and in the APPS panel I reverted, rescanned for compatible apps, and allowed Nvidia to optimize Dimension from the APPS tab.
