Hello,
I've been trying to use Dimension for two days now but everytime I try to create a new projet or open a saved file, the app keeps loading and nothing happens. Also, the only way to close the app is by forcing it through the task manager.
I've been using Dimension for a while and I never had any problems using it. I did the update, tried installing older versions, uninstall then reinstall, I even uninstall the entire creative cloud app and I updated my computer.
The other apps work perfectly.
Can you help me solve my problem please ? I really don't know why it won't work...

Ran into the same problem beginning of 2024, I fixed it by installing an older version.
Original install was Dimenison (3.4.11) which was broken, stuck in continuous loading.
Fixed the bug by installing: Dimenison (3.4)
Restarted my computer and Dimension was able to properly load. Hope this helps.

Thank you! I had the same issue. I uninstalled version 3.4.11 and installed version 3.4.10, which is now working.

Actually, I take that back. Now I get an error message with the older version that says: Use the Create Cloud application to sign in, begin a trial, or purchase Dimension. Learn more about the requirements. Dimension will now close.

Okay, I found a fix for that error now too. Open one of your other adobe programs that are up to date and log out any other computers you have logged in...so frustrating.

Try installing (3.4) instead of (3.4.1)

I tried to install the very old version 3.4 and it's not compatible with new files. 3.4.5 seems to be working well.

I've the same problem. All the version of Dimension doesn't work. The app keeps loading and nothing happens.

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM TOO! IT MIGHT ACTUALLY BE BECAUSE YOUR MAC IS TOO OLD BUT AT THIS POINT WHO KNOWS.

MY MAC IS NOT TO OLD! If it had been I wouldn’t have written here
(5K 27inch 2020 with 64 GB Ram and Ventura 13.6.4.)
All other apps work great.
There must be another reason.

Same problem with Dimension version 3.4.11 using Win 11 on laptop with i9-12900H.
Fixed the problem by going to the previous version 3.4.10 so far so good.

Me too, having the same problems with Adobe Dimensions, running a new pc (Intel Core i7 14700k) with a GeForce RTX4080 (graphic card).
Hopefully the Adobe Developers read this forum.
