I know I have to export from Rhino to Dimension in a OBJ file but when I go to open the file in Dimension it is saying something along the lines of "not supported" and "fewer polygons". I am unfamiliar with this 3d space but am looking for some help on how I can import this very simple object into Dimension to get a cleaner render.

what Rhino exports as obj is not the same thing as a wavefront | Obj so your workflow needs to convert ... some people go Fbx and others go Wavefront but it largely depends on how complex the model is or does it have many Boolean extrusions in the mesh i.e, curves that go one way then bend back the other are a known issue for Rhino software
