How Do I Export a 3D Object from Illustrator for Dimensions?

I created a 3D object using illustrator, but can't seem to be able to export it into an acceptable file for Dimension. Is there a way to do this?

Please review my training video (start ed from 7.00 min), It in Armenian language but hope that can be useful. After exporting import OBJ file into Dimension.
