How to measure geometry area and font size from a pdf file

Hola amigos,

I'm an Adobe user and I have the need to measure from pdf files the area of geometric shapes and also font sizes. Sometimes I also need to measure legends. 

Is there any software tool, maybe an Adobe product, that I could use to do this?

no there isn't because the 'size' of things inside a Pdf are random
