After the last update that Adobe Dimension had,
I am experiencing a very bizarre bug. Basically Dimension is giving some strange
crashes and every element I put in it is completely ugly. I don't even know how
to explain what this is, I've been having this problem for 2 months, please help me.
Sorry for the delay, I've been busy lately with some problems,
but I reverted Adobe Dimensions to the previous version, and it's working correctly,
but I'm afraid of going back and continuing to have problems. Still, thanks for your attention.

1 the issue is the model doesn't have a standard vertor... where did you get it?
2 you say the lastest Dimension [which is 4] but you also say had this problem for months [which is 3] so i'm not sure what build we are talking about
step 1 - try a different model... do they all give the same preview result?
step 2 - rendor the model you have in that screenshot with any of the standard lights... does it rendor correct?

I'm talking about the last one, my sense of time is horrible (it was really bad).
I'm using the standard dimension glass model, this visual bug only happens with transparent models,
with others it becomes "crumbled". but it keeps crashing and sometimes it even freezes.
sorry for my lack of details

IMHO that can be old hardware problem.

technically adobe is at fault for posted nonsense min specs but yes this is a case of the hardware doesn't have enough Ram to rendor on the fly so thats why the screenshot looks unpolished... also why the crash when rendoring is because harddrive is being asked to become Ram

Mine does exactly the same and my hardware is a Macbook air M3 16GB RAM an 256 SSD, the files I am trying to work with has the same glass transparency, I contacted Adobe and they were not able to help even though I did allowed them to connect directly to my computer, the ticket was opened for about 1 week, I had to leave beacuse of work travelling and instead they just closed the ticket with no conlclusions given of why Dimension crashes and becomes unresponsibe.

16G Ram should be [just] enough to do a small or basic rendor
does your Mac always crash on any rendor , at 50% perhaps?
