The latest release has increased the image resolution for placed artwork, however, I can't find the updated maximum resolution listed anywhere. It used to be that all imports, vector or rasterized, would be rasterized at 2000 x 2000 pixels - a significant quality limitation. Does anyone know what Dimension does with graphics with this latest update?
Hi Cara! The new limitation is 2000x2000 pixels. The previous limit had been 1000x1000 pixels. Please note this is only for when you are compositing decals onto materials with textures. You can load any size image as a background or as a texture for a material.

Are you thinking of images imported from the cc library (which are capped) or just bringing any image into dimension from the local computer?
