Hi,

I was hoping to use Adobe Dimension to add lighting and textures to my sketch up model but I am having a little trouble importing my model. Dimension seems to import the file but when I try to navigate the space I keep getting an error measage and the programme freezes. I have tried saving/importing the model in different formats with no luck.

(I am running sketch up pro 2018)

Any clues as to why this keeps happening could it be that my model is too complex?

Thank you

sounds like the model may be too big for your Mac but yes share the files and we can test for you
