1. When I try to render my packaging it creates thse weird grey blocks at the bottom, is there a way I can fix this?

Can you describe in details how is your object created? Decals, seperate objects and lights. You can show screenshot of your whole scene with layers.Thanks

Did you get the same ressult when you rendering PSD file and open it in Photoshop? Not sure but it can be some lighting effects.

Yes it still has the same grey lighting in my photosho file 😞

Are specefic layer contains that artifact in PSD file? 

Also if you have Adobe Substance 3D Stager, can you try Stager?

If it possible, can you share a file via any cloud? Thanks

Hi, I'm not sure what you mean with the artifact in the PSD file so I sent a screenshot of the layers in the PSD file. I also sent the Dimension file. I unfortunately do not have 3D Stager... 😞

It look's like I cannot share the Dimension file over the creative cloud the file type is not supported...

I see your object as expected in Microsoft Edge. Also PSD file layers are rendered correctly.
