Looking for a way to create dramatic light refractions

I've attached a couple images for refrence but I am having trouble trying to reproduce these abstract sharp light refractions coming off a glass bottle.

Dimension is not a camera mate... 3D light is fake

for example; this free bottle model [from Adobe Stock] has 5 lights and is impossible to make in the real world i.e, the light on the glass is what matters not the light on the background because that is just a background

if I rendor this bottle 5 different ways (i.e, labels and such) I can just swap them out against the same background
