Place Graphic on model issue

Can anyone help me to find solution? When i am placing graphic on my own model, it is displaying as so many repeated images. i am attaching a snapshot.

Is your decal feature in Fill mode or decal mode in properties panel?. If you create and import your object from another program single can you try to Generate UV at first in Dimension and try again? 

Go to Object->Generate UV.

Ok i found myself. just need to generate UV. Thats it.
