Placing Image On Multiple Objects

I'm trying to place an image on multiple objects in InDesign.  Is this possible?   I've attached an image.  I imported the object as the whole door, but the image only wants to wrap around an individual piece of it.  Any suggestions would help. Thank you! Screenshot 2025-04-03 at 7.20.34 PM.png
