Problem launching Adobe Dimension / Problema al iniciar Adobe Dimension

Al iniciar el programa la ventana aparece en negro sin ningun botón. En Creative Cloud me dice que Dimension es compatible con mi equipo. Ya re instale el programa 2 veces sin cambios. Estas son las especificaciones de mi equipo:

Procesador Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6500U CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.60 GHz

Placa de video integrada: Intel(R) HD Graphics 520

Placa de video dedicada: AMD Radeon (TM) R7 M340
RAM instalada 8,00 GB (7,89 GB utilizable)
Tipo de sistema Sistema operativo de 64 bits, procesador x64

 

When starting the program the window appears black without any button. In Creative Cloud it tells me that Dimension is compatible with my computer. I already reinstalled the program 2 times without changes. These are the specifications of my equipment:

Dimension needs a real Gpu and will not work on an integrated graphics unit... the Radeon M340 is 2015 so I would look for a new system
