Properties missing.

I am currently using Dimension 4.0.3. I just downloaded Dimension, and I am very new to the software. However, I have previous experience with 3D modelling software like Blender, SketchUp, 3DsMax and AutoCAD. I picked up Dimension to explore packaging design. When I looked through the available YouTube videos, I could see that everyone had a lot of tools and options. But nothing will show up when I click on an object to modify the size and materials UVs. I can't modify anything. Is this a bug in the new version? Should I downgrade? I can't seem to find any answers on the internet as well.

Did you get a fix on this? I saved a document and have reopend and I'm unable to edit any of the materials.

Can reproduce bug with Transparent Glass material when material on object has been selected.
