I installed the latest version of Dimension (4.0.2). contrary to what is shown in the screenshot of help pages, the resolution setting does not appear in the export settings panel.
Is it not possible to set the resolution (for example 300 instead of 72) in the new version? or where is the resolution adjustment?

Right. It has been removed in new Dn. You can changed your new camera canvas size that will change final resolution.

Thank you for your reply. But I have already tried to turn ON the Camera override option, the result does not change. There is still no resolution setting.

By the way, your scrrenshot also does not show the resolution setting 🙂

Please review Rendering system | Dimension (adobe.com) and indicate what you mean? if you are talking about render resolutions you can find it on the left side of render UI.

Resolution

Set whether to render at full or lower pixel resolution.

  • Full: The full pixel resolution.
  • 1/2: 4x faster
  • 1/4: 8x faster

You can also set Subsance Materials resolution in preferences or from properties panel.

First of all, thank you for your interest. No, I'm not talking about that, it's the resolution in dpi in the right corner of the screen, which is on the Adobe page but not in the screenshots you and I sent 🙂
Please look at my first screenshots and compare them and you will understand.
Thank you.

I'm glad I finally made myself clear 🙂
maybe they will put it back again because canvas size is one thing and dpi resolution is another 🙂

So the question we'll ask is: why does this feature still appear on the pages where Adobe talks about the new Dimension? 🙂
(see the screenshot in the first post I sent)

There are also some mistakes in new User Help Manual for new Dimension. Hope they will be corrected soon.

it means now you can not set 300 dp but you can change canvas size. So you got to play with the size and go bigger on canvas size  to match 300 dpi soso your canvas must be 4 times as big
