Scale changing when importing objects

I exported the object circled in red as a dn model and when I reimport the model it is much larger (The scale is still the same but the dimensions are much larger and the decals have shrunk). Is there a workaround for this? I have the same problem when exporting to obj.

Did you check which coordinates values are different and what happens if you correct hem them (as they are in original file). Did you get the same position and dimension? Thanks
