For resolution, Dimension doesn't have any physical size (inches, centimeters, etc) so there are no DPI controls, we render out just a pixel value.  You can set the pixel value in Design Mode.

  • Select the Environment
  • In the Properties panel look for Canvas > Size
  • Set the Canvas Size to any pixel value

If you wanted a 10" file at 300 DPI that would be 3000 pixels.  We'll add in controls for this in the future!

The "Quality" setting in Render Mode does not affect resolution.  It affects the actual render quality (lighting, shadows, noise grain, etc.)

Can you please try setting the size larger, saving the Dimension scene file and then sending it to me at tickets@adobedimension.com?  I'll take a look!
