Takes 2 Minutes for the Software to Launch?

My Adobe Dimension takes a very long time to open — it needs more than 2 minutes just to load the home interface. This issue has existed since version 4.1.1.
Here is my system configuration:

  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX with Radeon Graphics

  • RAM: 32GB

  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Laptop GPU (16GB)

  • Storage: 2TB SSD
