Transparent squares when rendered

Whenever I render my scene, the final product has large transparent holes in the png. I am using the most recent version of Dimension and my operating system is up to date.

Try rendor again as Psd then open the file in Photoshop and change your layer to 'as rendored' instead of the cleaned up noise layer
