I've been working on this project for work and since the program was slowing down due to RAM bottleneck I added more ram to the PC from 16gb to 24gb, using two pairs of different brands of RAM sticks. Need help fixing this issue. Thanks. Days of work now lost and doing it over again will not be enjoyable. Other files can open but not this mone with 1.6GB.

I dont have it on CC, just local download

Problem solved! Had to delete FelixDCXAppID folder in AppData/Local. Found the solution to this thread

For many folks, they may have their disc drive too full and need to make more space for their dn file to be usable again. The folder I deleted had 20gb of god knows what. Now it works again.

Heart attack resolved!

Did you try to reinstall app. Also use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation issues
