I did some rendering, and Dimension started to bug. I had to close it by
force. Now, whenever I try to open it, it gets stuck on a specific display
percentage that I can't change. And I can see anything, all the screen is
grey. So I uninstalled and reinstalled the software twice but it didn't
change anything, and I still have to go through the task manager to close
the software. I'm really afraid I won't have access to my project anymore...

I am not able to open or import your model as 3d model into Dn. It hangs after finishing loading or on black screen or after importing with empty screen.

IMHO the file is corrupted.

Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation issues
https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

This allow to delete all files relative to Dn before reinstalling.

Thank you for your help ! sadly it didn't work (however it deleted everything because I couldn't see the Adobe Dimesion logo on my file). Unfortunately, after reinstallation, it's still the same. As soon as I open it, it almost crashes and the screen is always gray, I can't do anything. But I can create a new file without any problem. I don't understand...

Can you share that problematic Dn file via any Clouds Drive to test?
