Visualization problem in Dimension 4 when opening Dim 3 files

Hi, I have a weird problem working on my older files in Dimension 4. 
In the design panel, the real-time rendering doesn't visualize the nearest objects or cut them, even the ground grid gradually disappears unless I zoom out a lot, as you can see in the video. If I turn on Ray Tracing preview the objects are normally rendered, but if I select them the transformation arrows are not visible unless I zoom out. This way I can't work on my projects.

I'm running Dimension on a M1 Ultra Mac Studio.

Did someone else face this same issue and find a way to solve it?

If this not happened with new scratch created files in Dn that can be the result of new Dn engine. See Adobe Dimension 4.0 is now available! - Adobe Community - 14762155
