Adobe Dimension Imported models and default models won't open

Based on the Subject line Dimension when opened, I import the FBX model from 3ds Max then once I do the model won't show, whether the drop down list on the right "eye" is on or off. It's the same with the default models in the software.

does it show up in the item list as being placed or just not the actual canvas?

did default models show before you imput this Fbx or never did and the Fbx has nothing to do with it?
