adobe dimension ver 3.3 text properties missing

Mac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017)
Version 10.14.6
I tried to reset the software settings, reinstall it.
Clearing system cachas.
Same problem.
I also checked another computer at our studio, the same problem.
