Login Adobe dimension

When I open dimension there a small cloud icon at the top right which says 'I'm not logged in and some features are unavailable', but in reality I'm actually logged in to creative cloud, why doesn't dimension recognize it. Can you please help me out with.

yes this is a common cause of problems and results from a network issue

 

q1 is Adobe CC not already running BEFORE you open any other Adobe software?

q2 is there more than one user of Adobe on the computer or was the Dimension software installed at a different time to the other Adobe software?

 

if Q1 & Q2 is no then you have a network issue with your computer and its prob antivirrus, proxy, vpn or perhaps just a hardware fail... i'd check them in that order
