I can log into my account but can't access my cloud. Can only see the Adobe ads. What is going on?????

Sorry to hear the inconvenience caused.
When you say you are unable to access the Cloud after login into your account. So does that means you are trying to access the Creative Cloud Storage or Document Cloud storage?
In order to access the Document Cloud storage, you may refer to the- https://cloud.acrobat.com/recent
Or if it is Creative Cloud storage then you may check the following- https://assets.adobe.com/files
Let us know if none of them works for you.

I could sign in today but couldn't access this feature at all. Only when you provided the link could I get to the cloud. Any thoughts?

Might be a temporary issue with the web browser, or an incorrect web link that didn't work. But not exactly sure what went wrong initially.
When you were trying to access storage, is there any error message or window pops up? Or just to make sure is it working for you now with the link I have shared in my previous response?

I used another link to log in and then access the cloud account. But now with your help, used the provided link (as a favorite) to always access my account. Thank you for sorting it.
