Hello,
One of our clients is using the Document Services API to convert documents into PDFs and then combine the PDFs into one. They have been experiencing issues today with the system not combining the PDFs. When I look into the issue I see that the Document Services API is returning 500 errors when it attempts to combine the PDFs.

I cannot find a way to reach Adobe Support and this is causing my client to loose business. My client is a paid customer of Adobe (through their AWS account).
