Hello,
Our organization is intersted in the Adobe PDF Services API in PowerAutomate that allows to use a .docx word tempalte and JSON data passed in Power Automate to create and save a PDF document, in a SharePoint document library for example.
We have 2 questions:

  1.  Where is the data stored for the Adobe PDF Services API? I have contacted Chat support and tried to find this information. Our org has sensitive data that would need to be passed through your API and we need to know EXACTLY how and where you store data.
  2. We would like to add a Digital Signature block in the PDF that is generated. We can add in a word template a Sign Field, but that get's ignored by the API when the PDF document is created and saved. Is there a way to automatically add the digital signature field that needs to be completed in the document at our desired location?

    Please let me know.
    Ben

For 1, check out our security white paper: https://www.adobe.com/content/dam/cc/en/trust-center/ungated/whitepapers/doc-cloud/adobe-document-se...

For 2, this is expected. Document Generation is not Adobe Sign. The idea is - you can use Document Generation to create a dynamic field _with_ the Sign fields left in tact, and then use that result with the Sign API.

Make sense?
