Hello,

We have a PDF which is not created using Adobe. In that PDF we have applied Roboto font in the content. We are using Adobe Service API to convert it into Docx file. But all the contents showing different fonts to paragraphs in docx file after conversion from PDF. PDF are showing correct Font. As per list shared by Adobe they don't support multiple fonts.

Is there any way to allow custom fonts to content? OR

The supported font to be applied all over the content in same way, how to achieve this?

Please let me know if anyone can help. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

The list of supported fonts is available in the FAQ pinned at the top of this forum but to reiterate here...

If a custom client font is detected during the PDF operation and is also available from our cloud service, then it will be used in the corresponding output file.  The list of available fonts for Create or Export operations is listed below. If the font is not available, then the PDF Tools API will substitute the font.

This is primarily due to font licensing restrictions.

That said, Word will allow you to search and replace formatting after conversion. If you can share your original PDF file, I may be able to add more detail.
