Hi. We presently use esigniture for document approvals by creating a word document then converting to pdf and requesting signitures. Moving forward we wish to be able to send a standard document via the zendesk ticketing system email containing the pdf that requires a signiture. What we wish to avoid doing is having to setup an adobe account for each agent that uses the zendesk and have one account that is shared. Any guidance on how we can achieve this would be appreciated.
