как удалить аккаунт с неправильным логином?

создала аккаунт, то ошиблась в одном символе в адресе почты. теперь не могу в него зайти, так как код присылается на несуществующую почту. деньги с карты снимут через 7 дней за продукт, которым я даже не могу воспользоваться. как удалить ошибочный аккаунт?

This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the ACPs and MVPs, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.

Try searching for Adobe customer support. The results should include a phone number appropriate to your region. Good luck, and remember that if the first tier support personnel can't help you, you can ask to escalate to a supervisor. Do NOT let them send you back to the forums, as there is nothing we can do for you. Only Adobe employees have access to the systems that control accounts and billing.
