Когда я открываю приложение мне просто выходит окно с прсоьбой оплатить, иначе приложение будет закрыто

Before we can try to help we need more and detailed information about your environment and you problem.

Which operating system do you use?

Which version of Adobe programs do you use?

Please post exact versions and not phrases as "actual", "latest", "newest" or so.

 

What's your problem exactly? Do you have subsribed a plan and when you open an Adobe app it's running in a trial

modus?

Ajjaja, I am sorry, but I do not see a Creative Cloud membership assigned to the e-mail address you are using to post to this public discussion forum.  Please make sure to follow the suggestions offered by Axel and sign in to the Creative Cloud desktop app with the e-mail address associated with your membership.

 

If you continue to face problems, then can you please tell us what type of membership you are using?  Also, do you own and maintain the computer and network that you are using to download, install, and use Adobe applications?
