В облаке пишет, что место заполнено и больше не синхронизирует файлы, однако в на странице «мои файлы» не отображается ни одного файла или папки. Как очистить облако, или хотя бы просмотреть файлы, которые там хранятся?

Это я уже прочитал. Не помогло. Пишет - место все занято, а файлов не отображает, как будто в облаке ничего нет.

Sorry about my late answer. I would suggest to look at the trash.
Second suggestion is to look into the library as the library counts against your quota.
<And a third suggestion is to look into Lightroom sychronized files as those also count against the quota.
If all that does not help, I see no other possibility than contacting Adobe customer care: Contact Customer Care

i don't understand your message so contact support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
