取消訂閱被收解約費用??

我要取消我的訂閱,卻被解約費用

而系統上說明是因為有訂閱合約,但我在系統上找不到我的"合約資訊"(ex:合約起訖日之類的資訊)

這樣我哪知道我什麼時候退訂不會被收這筆費用?

 

ps.Adobe官網都沒有留Email讓客戶發問/寄信,下班後就關閉線上客服/電話客服,所以一定要乖乖等你們上班才能接受客戶意見嗎?
