클라우드 구입을 하였으나, 자꾸 미갱신상태로 나오고 앱이 실행이 안됩니다.

I bought it in the cloud, but it keeps showing up as new and the app is not running.

Please tell us about your operating system and version. Please state also any error you get. As most of us do not understand Korean it would be nice to get that also translated.
