Hello,
I decided to subscribe to the 1TB photography plan yesterday after trying it out for a few days. Whilst my account shows i have the 1tb plan, both files on assets.adobe.com AND the creative cloud app on both my macs shows i only have 2GB of storage. (100% of 2GB).
Strangely, however, if i go into Lightroom CC is shows my cloud storage as 1TB. (I have 10.10GB used of 1TB)
How do i go about getting this fixed?
I have signed out of both macs and signed back in, rebooted etc... but to no avail.
Spoken to support. 6 hours later it's fixed.

Update:
I have gone through and completely uninstalled EVERY Adobe app on BOTH macs, including the Creative Cloud app. I've run the adobe creative cloud cleaner tool and rebooted.
I've just reinstalled the creative cloud app, logged in and....it still shows i only have 2GB of storage NOT 1TB.

The 2Gb come with a free plan. As you have subscribed to a 1Tb plan, I would guess out of the blind that you have signed in with 2 different id's. The Adobe id with your CC app and the id in the web server may differ. So check your id's.

I'm not signed in with different IDs.
I created one ID based on my Google login, from there i tried a few apps and then decided to buy the photo plan. (With the exact same login)
Logging in to creative cloud app with my google login (used to create my adobe account) shows 2GB storage.
Logging in to Adobe account online with the exact same login details shows i have the 1TB plan
Logging in to the Assets.adobe.com with the exact same login details shows i have 2GB.
Using Lightroom online with, again, the exact same login, shows that i have 1TB storage.
