To Adobe Support or Whomever has been impacted by this issue:
Problem:
Adobe Creative Cloud window pops open constantly throughout the day (it can be as often as 3-4 times in a minute or spaced out a couple times an hour). It is extremely frustrating and disruptive. If I happen to be typing something, my input field is now the user name in this dialog window and it prevents flow of work.
Context:
Please advise. And, Adobe, if you're listening, please resolve a fix for this.

Hi Liz,
You probably will not love my answer, but I think that Adobe cannot fix the configuration errors of your IT support.
(FYI: I’m a user like you and my situation is quite similar. But having an IT background helps me to spot some of the problems, and at least on my site, my problems are caused mostly by my IT system managers and only from time to time the problems are related to the software.)

I do not understand how it's a configuration error in our IT support. Could you explain why that would be? Why does this program need to pop open constantly. Can I just remove the program and continue use of Adobe Cloud products?
I hope you can fathom how difficult and disruptive this is and why I am trying to find an answer so that I can work.
