213:10 Error with Lightroom 5

Hello,

I get the Error "213:10" when opening Lightroom 5 right after installing. I needed to download it again because I switched to a new Mac. I also tried this solution (Licensing error in Photoshop Elements) the by changing the permissions. I can't run the repair file, because I'm unable to open .exe files on my MAC.
