2x Gutscheincode eingetragen

Hallo liebe Adobe Community,

habe heute zwei Adobe Creative Cloud Foto-Abo mit 20GB in Amazon gekauft und beide eingetragen auf der Seite https://creative.adobe.com/redeem. Die zwei Rückmeldung per Email sagen allerdings das eins bis 

"Ihr Gutscheincode wurde akzeptiert. Ihr Abo für Foto-Abo (20 GB) wird bis zum 03-Dezember-2022 (PT) fortgeführt."

und das zweite

"Ihr Gutscheincode wurde akzeptiert. Ihr Abo für Foto-Abo (20 GB) wird bis zum 25-November-2022 (PT) fortgeführt."

Ich wollte einfach das mein Abo zwei Jahre gültig bleibt. Wie soll ich jetzt am klügsten vorgehen damit es geändert wird?
