502 error code when using creative cloud to download photoshop

Hi so i just brought the photography plan through the adobe website. I downloaded creative cloud, but when i go to download photoshop is gives me a 502 error code. Saying

Your Adobe serial number has expired or is invalid

Your serial number has expired or was illegally distributed.

Try genuine Adobe apps with a 7-day free trial.

But I brought it through the adobe website.

And also I never got a serial code. I've checkde in the products page but it just says to search for one. I've checked all my emails but it only says an order number.
