64 bit PSE10 not in download upgrade?

I bought and downloaded the PSE10 upgrade, but..... when installing on my W7 64 bit PC, it installs a 32 bit version.

Where do I download the 64 bit version?

I see nothing in Adobe's online literature that states Photoshop Elements is available as a 64-bit product. It is not part of Adobe's Pro line. Do you have any links where Adobe says there is a 64-bit version available?

The disc version has 5 disc, one of them for windows 64bit, so I assume a 64bit version is available.

I could be totally wrong here but I think the 64 bit install disc is for Premiere Elements. See this doc for more info. http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/863/cpsid_86374.html

It looks like only Premiere is a 64bit application; PSE10 is still only 3bit.
