November 2017: signed up for Photoshop, using personal credit card & later got re-imbursed from office ... put program on office & home computers ... when renewal time came around in November 2018, office paid this time, but my personal card was also charged (WE PAID TWICE!) ... inquired to Adobe and was told to take the problem to my credit card company; did so, and they credited me back the $119. Then my subscription was cancelled at home by Adobe; it was also cancelled at the office. So, in effect, we paid twice and had one reimbursement. The one that I thought for sure would be good, because it was paid on office credit card, was then cancelled. So, our net payment was for the office subscription, but we didn't get to keep it.
If Adobe want us to have that office subscription, shouldn't they not at least refund the money? Otherwise, we paid for a service that we are not getting!
When I called Adobe and explained the situation, they acted like I didn't know what I was talking about--no record of any of the checks. Not a good way to do business.

You will not like my answer, but you need to Contact Customer Care . Your description looks like you were taking a second subscription instead of changing the payement method.
FYI: your personal subscription —the one you payed for with your personnal credit card — was canceled only once. Each subscription allows to install and enable the program on 2 computers.

Be sure, if you get back into this subscription, that you understand how auto renewal works. It is not necessary, and really a very bad thing, if you try to pay to make the renewal happen; it won't stop the original card from being debited.
