Hi everyone - I dessperately need help with my CS6 activation.
I bought the products, I have the serial which have been validated but I have a new computer and have not de-activated from the previous laptop I had as it just died! As you know we are limited to two computers. Problem is, I need both my laptops so need to de-activate the one that crashed.
However, I have been trying to get in touch with Adobe to get them to help (as they recommend in the help center!) but keep looping back to a page from which you cannot contact them.
Anyone out there that can put me out of my misery please? That would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you a zillion in advance as I can't afford to buy a subscription. Hence the reason why I am still working with my CS6 downloads 😉

Please go to Adobe Customer Service and only ask to have your activations reset (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies on your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

You have used up your activation limit. Only Adobe support can help you with that. If they give you any trouble, ask for a suprvisor who knows how to do it as many new hires don't know. 😏

Oh one last thing, you can't activate Acrobat 9 anymore. It's too old. The activation servers for it no longer exist.
You'll need to get a modern Acrobat version.
FREE Acrobat Reader -- view, comment & sign PDF.
https://acrobat.adobe.com/us/en/acrobat/pdf-reader.html
Paid Acrobat Pro DC -- the complete solution for creating and saving PDF files.
https://acrobat.adobe.com/us/en/acrobat/acrobat-pro.html
Hope that helps.

10+ year old DW CS6 is useless for creating modern websites. If you can't afford Dreamweaver CC which is minimally maintained now, at least get a modern code editor that understands current web standards. There are free and paid editors you can use, any of which would be 1000% better than CS6.
