I accidentally purchased Creative Cloud for teams, but didn't mean to. I want to cancel my order right away and get a refund, but it says you can't get a refund if you renew your subscription. If I want to cancel right away, can I still get a refund?

yes, you have 2 weeks to cancel and get a refund:

Account and membership help

if the above link fails to help you cancel yourself, using a browser that allows popups and cookies,  contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'chat', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html

Hello,

try Contact Customer Care Click through 'till you arrive at "chat". If "open" (there are opening hours) please use it, I for my part had the best experiences. I quote from Adobe's employee Preran: The chat button is activated as soon as there is an agent available to help.

Or if it's open they ask you directly (s. screenshot)
